About Us
Howard Tucker established Pencabe in 1996 and is the sole owner and Managing Director. Howard has worked with John McDonagh since 1998 and John has been the Senior Contracts Manager at Pencabe since 2002. Pencabe has a number of loyal employees and has established trusted relationships with a full range of designers and subcontractors forged over many years. It is by using the same core team of designers and suppliers that Pencabe is able to maintain its reputation for delivering quality results within programme and budgets.
- Howard Tucker originally qualified as a design draughtsman in M&E Services culminating in the ACIBSE accreditation. Howard has worked for M&E Services contractors and consultants, progressing to project management roles in Quantity Surveying practices, eventually specialising in commercial office fit-out contracting. In addition to his engineering qualifications, he has a Masters Degree in Construction Management and he is an accredited CDM Co-ordinator.
- John McDonagh comes from a building background, having trained initially as a carpenter. He has extensive experience as a site manager with a major construction company and with fit-out contractors, and has been Senior Contracts Manager at Pencabe for 7 years.
