“Having outgrown their current space on the 6th and 7th Floors ED&F Man took the opportunity to acquire further space on the 3rd Floor within their existing building at the Cottons Centre.
The space required a complete Category B refurbishment and the brief was to create a high quality space for ED&F Man’s Capital Market Team. This included a large open plan dealing floor, a client reception and meeting suite, executive offices, a break area and new wc facilities.
As Designer’s it is always important to us to work alongside a contractor who has an eye for detail and quality. Having worked with Pencabe in the past our experience on this project was no different. Pencabe realised our design without compromise, they worked with us through the duration of the project helping to solve any problems on site as a team. The team were both professional and a pleasure to work with.”
